– Each thread includes 2 emails (your question and our expert’s response)
– Total emails per month: 10 (5 threads × 2 emails per thread)
– Additional Email Threads: $100 per thread (if you need more than 5 threads per month)
– No Chat or Messaging Support: only email support is included
Annual Subscription: “Bioinformatics Mastermind” ($2,500/year)
